The rules and manner which classifie different kind of
hotels and resorts (hotel, motel, guest house, camping), number of * to *****
and requirements of equipment in Poland regulates the ordinance of The Ministry
of Economic Affairs and Labour. Minimum requirements of equipment of the others
resorts regulate the same ordinance.
According to polish low system:
hotels - objects with at least 10 rooms, with majority of
single anddouble rooms, with extra services for guests, number of * to *****
-
motels - objects situated
by the transit roads, providing parking places,
with at least 10 rooms (more than a half has to be single and double).
guest house - objects with at least 7 rooms, with full
cathering services,number of * to *****
camping - secured place where you can sleep in a tent,
campbuses, caravans; they are self-catering, there are car parks and other
facilities; in some of them there is also possibility to stay in bungalow,
number of * to ****
tourist houses (domy wycieczkowe) - objects with et
least 30 dormitory places with guest selfservice and with minimal extra
services,three categories sign in Romanian digits (from I to
III).
youth hostels - objects for individual ang group youth
guests with guest selfservice, three categories sign in
Romanian digits (from I to III).
tourist huts (schroniska) - objects located over
urban areas, by touristic routes, with minimal service for guests,
camping fields - not guarded objects enabling accomdation
in tents.
